We have stayed at few condos at this property and this one is wonderful! Everything was very clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. The bathrooms have everything for your stay.I always get frustrated when you have to buy toilet paper,paper towels,laundry detergent,soap and ext for a week and you can’t use it all. Well this place had it. The living room and the kitchen are facing the highway but the view of the mountains is incredible.The balcony is beautiful. The bedrooms are facing the tennis courts and are so quiet and great. Big beds a lot of pillows snd blankets. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. This place made our vacation more enjoyable and memorable!

The condo was nice and clean and located just a 5 minute drive from Vail. We enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. The check in process differed from the instructions sent by the host. Luckily, we arrived during business hours and someone was at the front desk to handle it. Our stay was during the off season so some of the amenities were unavailable (hot tub). That was unexpected. The beds in both bedrooms were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The mattresses needed replacing. Finally, although this booking sleeps 4-5 people, parking is only provided for one vehicle and the fee for additional cars was egregious. Overall, these accommodations were pleasant and offered great value for the price. Just those few things caught us by surprise.

The house was as described and clean. The condo sits very close to freeway and if you open the window in the family room, it fronts the freeway, you'd hear the freeway noise. I don't think this was mentioned in the description. But, the main issue we had with this place was lack of instructions for entry and to lesser extent appliances. Despite our few attempts asking for entry instructions- we were going to arrive late at night- none was provided. On arrival, we didn't know where to go. Once we finally found the foyer and the keys lock box, there were no instructions on how to unlock it There were no staff to help, but helpline phone numbers were posted. We called them and were given the lock box code. However, the key to our condo was not inside the lock box. Moreover, we were not told where the parking structure was nor we were provided with the code for the gate to enter it. This little ordeal was finally over, when the owner called back and helped get the key & code.
