West Vail Matterhorn Condo - Steps to Bus

I had a fantastic stay at this condo in Vail. The unit is newly remodeled and beautifully done—everything felt fresh, modern, and very well thought out. The one-bedroom layout was perfect, and the upstairs loft was a really cool bonus space. It’s cozy but functional, with a couch, beanbag chairs, and a TV - great for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, including plenty of cooking utensils, a nice refrigerator and oven, and even an air fryer, which was a great touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom felt high-end with a walk-in shower and heated floors. Everything was spotless, and the check-in process and communication were seamless from start to finish. The location is also very convenient - about a 4-minute drive to Vail Village for shopping and restaurants, and there’s a bus stop just down the street for easy access to the slopes. The place was perfect for what we needed. However, I reached out twice to ask the management company a question and both times they failed to respond. I wouldn’t stay here again because there is no alternate way to reach anyone and they were unresponsive.
